I had the pleasure of personally working with Dan Ashley on a property that unfortunately didn't end up suiting my husband and our needs, but I wanted to post a review to say how incredibly pleased we were in our dealing with Dan.
He was so knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to find out all the info. and answers to the long list of questions we had. And it was for a property not worth much in value, so, for him to go above and beyond was simply amazing to say the least. Superb, good old fashioned customer service! If you're on the fence and not sure which agency to use, use Danny and his company. You will be impressed, for after all, outstanding customer service is hard to come by these days.

The Ashley Team was AMAZING!
As a First time home buyer I had a lot of questions and didn't know the first thing about the home buying process. Daniel took his time with me and explained in detail exactly what I needed to do and how he was there to help. Over the course of months, Daniel took special care getting to know my fiance and me and getting to know our "flavor" of house. During our time with the Ashley Team, Daniel showed us many different houses. He was never once reserved when it came time to explaining why the house may or may not be a good fit for us. He was able to point out things that I hadn't even noticed. Once we stepped foot into the last home, all three of us knew it was the one we had been waiting for. I had previously hired another agent who ended up wasting an enormous amount of my time and money leaving me extremely frustrated . The Ashley team came in and from day one turned things around and got two of my homes sold. They are extremely professional, hard working, honest, communicative and knowledgeable.
